From a generic contact form to a production-ready brief

Problem

Unstructured enquiries create follow-up work because specifications, quantities, and deadlines arrive in different formats.

Approach

The workflow adapts its fields to each service, calculates an initial estimate, and sends a consistent brief to WordPress.

Safeguards

PHP recalculates pricing, sanitizes input, rate-limits submissions, stores requests privately, and protects admin actions with nonces.

Operations

The repository includes Git workflow, Linux and Nginx deployment, backups, logging, and a troubleshooting runbook.
